Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks an experienced Project Manager to own client relationships and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review reports before shipment, and keep projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, maintaining budgets, invoicing inputs, and change scope while identifying opportunities for account growth.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction QC.
• Proven scheduling and client-facing skills under deadlines.
• Credentials such as ICC, NICET, or ACI required; credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; schedule field and lab resources against calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve issues promptly; manage budgets and invoicing inputs.
• Communicate with clients; grow accounts through reliable service.
