Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a senior Project Manager to own the client relationship and the testing program. You will scope proposals, schedule crews against pour and earthwork calendars, review daily reports, and ensure projects stay profitable while keeping clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and accountability, managing budgets, invoicing inputs, and coordinating with field crews and clients across industrial programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CMT, special inspection, or construction QC experience.
• Scheduling and client-facing fluency under deadline pressure.
• Certifications (ICC, NICET, ACI) and technical credibility with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs.
• Schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly.
