Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Project Manager to own the client relationship and the testing program, including scoping proposals, scheduling crews against pour and earthwork calendars, reviewing reports before they ship, and keeping projects profitable and clients informed.

You will run multiple concurrent projects with real authority and real accountability, managing budgets, invoicing inputs, and growing accounts through delivered reliability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CMT, special inspection, or construction quality control.
• Certifications such as ICC, NICET or ACI and technical credibility with field crews.
• Ability to manage schedules and communicate with clients under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Scope and price testing and inspection programs; schedule field and laboratory resources against construction calendars.
• Review daily reports and resolve failing-test conversations quickly; manage budgets and invoicing inputs.
• Communicate with clients and grow accounts through delivered reliability.
