Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation is seeking an organized and detail-oriented staff member in Mesa, AZ to process Title and Registration transactions, verify reports, and manage daily license plate shipments and inventory. You will assist walk-in customers, respond to inquiries by phone or email, and maintain orderly filing and data entry systems.

Qualified applicants have high school diplomas, strong Excel/Word/Outlook/SharePoint skills, and a reliable, team-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Title and Registration or DMV processes is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and pass a background check.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication and telephone interaction abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process Title and Registration transactions in line with production and quality standards daily.
• Verify Daily Title Reports.
• Ship license plates daily and confirm plate inventory.
• Answering general questions by telephone, email or in person.
• Maintain records, filing systems and computer files.
• Photocopy documents.
• Perform quality control audits and checks.
• Open, sort and enter data for daily orders.
• Shipping and Receiving.
• Assist walk-in customers and online submissions.
