Qualifications

• Previous automotive dealership title and registration experience required.
• Arizona MVD/DMV knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Experience handling title and registration paperwork for new/used vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Process automotive vehicle titles and registrations accurately.
• Prepare, review, and submit title and registration paperwork for sales.
• Process Arizona MVD/DMV title documents.
• Ensure signatures, fees, lien information, and disclosures are complete.
• Track title status from sale to completion and follow up on outstanding items.
• Communicate with government agencies to resolve issues.
