Job summary

Qualifications

• Two-year college certificate or equivalency required.
• 4-year degree preferred.
• 1–3 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process applications (through national application services) and related materials.
• Answer calls/emails from applicants regarding requirements and status.
• Distribute admissions communications to staff and schedule interviews.
• Schedule interviews and assign faculty interviewers for each applicant in AMP.
• Screen applications using program rubrics and guidelines.
• Update applicant statuses and issue decision letters in AMP.
• Monitor acceptance payments and send reminders.
• Update final decisions in WebAdmit via API.
• Monitor competing offers in WebAdmit.
• Open dates on the calendar and manage interview day schedules.
