Job summary

A.T. Still University is seeking an organized Admissions Application Coordinator to support prospective students through the application process at the Mesa campus.

This role collaborates with the Admissions team to ensure a smooth, timely experience for applicants. Responsibilities include processing applications and supplemental materials, answering inquiries, scheduling interviews, and updating applicant records in AMP and WebAdmit.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all mediums.
• Strong interpersonal and soft skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry.
• Detail oriented, organized, ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Possess the values of honesty, integrity and uphold confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process applications and materials (primary apps through national services).
• Answer applicant inquiries via phone/email.
• Schedule interviews and assign faculty interviewers in AMP.
• Enter status changes and issue decision letters in AMP/WebAdmit.
• Monitor acceptance payments and send reminders.
• Close out files at end of cycle and audit in Anthology/ImageNow.
