Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting, technical sales, account management, or business development in Smart Manufacturing or related domains.
- Experience translating client needs into technology-driven solutions with measurable ROI.
- Ability to communicate value propositions and influence executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with account managers to identify Smart Manufacturing and digital transformation opportunities.
- Meet with manufacturing clients to understand challenges and propose technology-driven solutions.
- Lead discovery meetings, site assessments, and discussions on MES, automation, connectivity, and software.
- Develop and present solution concepts, roadmaps, and ROI analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, operations, plant leadership, and exec stakeholders.
- Support proposals, customer presentations, and strategic account initiatives.
