Job summary

ADM in Erlanger, KY is seeking an experienced MES Super User to serve as the site-level SME for MES and its connectivity to ERP and shop-floor equipment.

The role is exempt and salary-level, focusing on testing, training, deployment, troubleshooting, and sustainment of MES. You will collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Quality, GT, OT, and external MES partners to optimize manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing operations experience.
• Strong understanding of production processes including liquids and dry blends.
• Experience with ERP systems such as MAPICS or AS400.
• Experience with MES systems, preferably BatchMetrics.

Responsibilities

• Support MES implementation activities from validation to sustainment.
• Provide daily MES technical support on the shop floor and ERP integration.
• Troubleshoot MES, ERP, and equipment issues.
• Drive MES adoption and standardization across departments.
• Coordinate cross-functional troubleshooting with GT, OT, and MES partners.
• Prepare SOPs and documentation for MES-related changes.
