Job summary

Tata Technologies Ltd. in Connecticut seeks a MES support engineer to ensure optimal performance and ongoing support of Manufacturing Execution System software, monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed.

You will collaborate with production teams, provide testing and debugging support, train end users, address tickets, and look for process improvements to boost operational efficiency and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• ITAR compliance experience.
• 5 years' expertise with MES software (Aprios preferred; others acceptable).
• 3 years' troubleshooting and customer support experience.
• Ability to travel periodically to US client sites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot software performance and ensure SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with production teams to integrate and support applications.
• Provide testing, debugging support, and issue reporting.
