Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP ME/MII expertise with MES integration.
• Experience integrating SAP ME/MII with SAP ERP modules (PP, EWM).
• Hands-on experience with SAP Plant Connectivity (PCo).
• Support experience in Plant Floor applications across multiple sites.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change).
• Ability to deliver support within SLA and ensure high availability.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge on Integration of SAP ME with SAP ERP modules: PP, QM, PM, EWM & PCo.
• Experience in support model & knowledge on Incident, Changes & Problem Management.
• Provides service delivery per ITIL processes to meet SLA.
• Provide Plant floor application Support in various sites in USA.
• Involvement in Transition plan activities with Solution and Support teams.
• Interact with customers ensuring high availability and timely support.
• Coordinate with support teams for troubleshooting and improvements.
• Align with project & LCM teams for planned upgrades.
