Job summary

MilliporeSigma in Jaffrey, NH is seeking a MES Engineer to optimize Siemens Opcenter MES to support site operations, quality, and compliance. This role emphasizes hands-on MES modeling, configuration, and troubleshooting to align with site processes and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with IT, Operations, Validation, and Quality to drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor, ensuring reliable MES support for uptime and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years supporting manufacturing, OT, MES, or related digital systems.
• Basics of manufacturing process support and system troubleshooting.
• Willingness to learn Siemens Opcenter MES configuration and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Perform MES modeling and configuration changes to meet operational needs.
• Resolve workflow, reporting, and integration issues in MES with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure production uptime and issue resolution.
• Support equipment interfaces by monitoring data flow and coordinating enhancements.
• Lead change management for MES maintenance and improvements.
• Support qualification and validation activities for system updates.
• Create and maintain technical docs aligned with GAMP, SDLC, site procedures.
• Ensure MES activities comply with GxP, data integrity, EHS, and quality.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Validation, and IT to drive MES effectiveness.
