Job summary

Lear Corporation is seeking a qualified MES Deployment & Support Specialist to implement and support the Lear Finished Goods (LFG) MES suite across North America plants. You will collaborate with plant and engineering teams to tailor deployment, and drive improvements in preventive maintenance and system performance.

The role focuses on project management, hands-on configuration, and ensuring successful ship-from operations across multiple sites, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or Electrical Engineering.
• Motivated, self-starter who can learn and work well in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to stay professional under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support the Lear Finished Goods (LFG) system at manufacturing plants.
• Coordinate with plant/corporate teams to configure and integrate LFG.
• Develop and manage project plans for implementations.
• Support pre-shipment testing and debugging of shipping systems.
• Identify enhancements and submit change requests to LFG development.
