Job summary

Lykos Controls in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a software engineer to design and develop MES applications, enabling real-time production visibility and quality management. You will integrate MES with ERP and PLCs, implement real-time data collection, and create intuitive shop floor interfaces.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in software development, strong C#, .NET, SQL Server, and web tech skills, plus experience with MES platforms. Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of software development experience, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and web technologies.
  • Experience with MES platforms (Wonderware, Ignition, or similar).
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop MES applications using modern software development practices.
