Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement and support the Lear Finished Goods (LFG) system at multiple plants in North America.
• Coordinate with plant and engineering teams to configure and integrate LFG.
• Develop and manage project plans for implementation projects.
• Support pre-shipment testing and debugging of shipping systems.
• Identify enhancements and submit change requests to the LFG development team.
• Train plant IT and engineering teams in LFG operation and configuration.
• Provide troubleshooting support to plants across the region as a system expert.
• Travel up to 30%–50% to support plant launches.
