Job summary

Lear Corporation in North America seeks an IT professional to implement and support the Lear Finished Goods (LFG) MES across multiple plants. You will configure processes, coordinate with engineering, and manage deployment projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support the Lear Finished Goods (LFG) system at multiple plants.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to tailor shipping processes within LFG.
• Develop and manage project plans for implementations.
• Support pre-shipment testing and debugging of shipping systems.
• Identify enhancements and submit change requests to LFG team.
• Train plant IT and engineering teams on LFG operations.
• Provide troubleshooting for existing installations across the region.
• Travel 30%–50% to support plant launches.
