Job summary

Lyten is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to implement and support Siemens Opcenter MES in our San Leandro facility. You will model MES data, create SQL reports, and work with IT and shop-floor teams to ensure robust production execution and traceability.

Ideal candidates have an advanced degree with 3+ years MES experience or a bachelor’s with 5+ years, plus experience with OPC UA, REST/SOAP, and ERP integrations. This is a hands-on role in a growing materials company.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s with 3+ years MES experience in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s with 5+ years MES experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Siemens Opcenter MES for production execution, quality, and traceability.
• Translate manufacturing requirements into robust MES models with stakeholders.
• Design and optimize MES data models for transactional manufacturing data and reporting.
• Develop SQL-based reports and datasets for production performance and KPI reporting.
• Integrate MES with PLC/SCADA systems and other third-party systems.
• Support ERP-to-MES integrations and system upgrades with minimal production impact.
• Provide user training and documentation as needed.
