Lyten is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Analyst to implement and support Siemens Opcenter MES in complex battery/industrial manufacturing environments. You will model MES data, create SQL reports, and collaborate with stakeholders across manufacturing and IT to ensure data reliability and traceability.

Qualifications

• MES implementation experience in manufacturing environments with Siemens Opcenter.
• Strong background in manufacturing execution, genealogy, traceability and quality.
• Hands-on SQL and relational databases experience for reporting.
• Experience integrating MES with automation/SCADA systems (OPC UA, REST, SOAP, XML-RPC, JSON-RPC).
• Proficient in Python, Java, C/C++, or SQL and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Siemens Opcenter MES for production execution, quality, and traceability.
• Translate manufacturing requirements into robust MES models with stakeholders.
• Design and optimize MES data models supporting transactional data and reporting.
• Develop SQL-based reports/datasets for production performance and KPI analysis.
• Integrate MES with PLC/SCADA systems and support system upgrades and validation.
• Provide user training and documentation; assist IT during integrations.
