Job summary

Electrolit Manufacturing USA Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst to support and optimize enterprise systems including SAP, MES and SCADA across factory and office environments.

The role involves analyzing performance, troubleshooting, and coordinating integrations to improve efficiency, with collaboration across IT, operations, and external support vendors. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong analytical skills, and experience with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 34 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, MES, SCADA) and integration technologies.
• Experience with database querying (e.g., SQL) and system performance monitoring tools is a plus.
• Certifications such as SAP Certified Associate, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent are preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in a factory environment.
• Professional certification is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Work, PPT, Teams).
• Working knowledge of SAP system strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, MES, SCADA) to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Analyze business requirements and implement system configurations or integrations to support factory and office operations.
• Collaborate with second and thirdlevel support teams to resolve advanced technical issues.
• Document system processes, configurations, and support activities in a ticketing system.
• Provide training and guidance to endusers on system functionality and best practices.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure compatibility and stability.
• Analyze system data to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Ensure compliance with factory safety and IT security protocols during system implementations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
