Job summary

Panasonic Energy seeks a MES Analyst I to provide day‑to‑day support, maintenance, and administration of MES applications across manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, IT, Automation, and other stakeholders to ensure data collection, product traceability, and quality requirements.

Under guidance of senior analysts, you will participate in monitoring, testing, documentation updates, user training, and deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1-3 years of technical experience in problem solving, data analysis, scripting, automation and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to MES, manufacturing applications, or related production support systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), SCADA, PLCs, automation systems, or industrial software platforms preferred.
• Must have working-level English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to optimize output and ensure MES systems meet customer needs.
• Ensure daily MES availability, accuracy, and performance by monitoring system health and resolving issues.
• Support daily MES operations across manufacturing facilities and assist with training activities.
• Troubleshoot MES errors, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of MES changes under guidance of senior teams.
• Act as liaison between manufacturing, engineering, Quality, and software teams regarding MES requests.
