Job summary

Limitless Workforce in New York seeks a mid-level M&A Associate with 4-6 years of U.S. law firm transactional experience to handle deals end-to-end.

You will draft and negotiate stock and asset purchase agreements, manage diligence, and advise founders and investors on corporate governance in a cannabis-focused environment with direct client contact and partnership collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements and other principal transaction documents

• Advise privately held companies, founders and investors on corporate governance and strategic matters
• Work directly with partners and clients while taking meaningful responsibility for deal execution

A growing New York boutique law firm is seeking a mid-level M&A Associate with 4-6 years of corporate transactional experience at a U.S. law firm.

This role is for an attorney who already knows how to execute transactions-not someone looking to transition into corporate work.

The practice represents companies, founders and investors in M&A, financings, joint ventures, corporate governance and sophisticated commercial transactions, with significant work in emerging industries.
