This is a full time M&A role within a respected corporate group handling sophisticated public and private company strategic transactions for innovation driven clients. You will work closely with hands on partners, take substantive responsibility on complex deals, and build a long term career on a proven international platform with structured training and mentorship.

The Role

Ideal Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking a 3 to 5 year M&A Associate with:

• 3 to 5 years of experience primarily focused on M&A and strategic transactions
• Background handling public and or private company M&A at a respected law firm
• Strong drafting skills for definitive transaction agreements and disclosure letters
• Admission to the New York bar or ability to become admitted promptly
• Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• $260,000 to $365,000 base salary, aligned to class year
