Envision Unlimited is seeking an experienced Contract Mergers & Acquisitions Leader to guide a critical organizational transition with strategy, structure, and people-centered leadership. The role will partner with executive leadership to lead five essential areas including due diligence, compliance, retention strategy, integration, and change management.

• Due Diligence – assess workforce data, HR risks, compensation, benefits, policies, credentials, and readiness.
• Compliance – ensure transition activities meet employment laws, regulatory standards, licensing requirements, and deadlines.
• Retention Strategy – identify key talent and critical roles, address flight risks, and maintain staffing continuity.
• Integration – align people, positions, policies, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and onboarding processes.
• Change Management – develop clear communication strategies, prepare leaders to guide their teams, address employee concerns.

• Integration — Lead the alignment of people, positions, policies, compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and onboarding processes.
• Change Management — Develop clear communication strategies, prepare leaders to guide their teams, address employee concerns, and help build one cohesive organization.
