Job summary

Torrey Holistics on Cape Cod seeks a hands-on marine technician with strong Mercury outboard engine experience to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain marine systems year-round. You will perform sea trials, complete installs, and keep detailed service records while working with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include 3+ years in marine service, Mercury and ABYC certifications are a plus, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

3+ years of marine technician or outboard service experience preferred.
Strong Mercury outboard experience highly preferred.
Experience troubleshooting marine mechanical and electrical systems.
Mercury certifications are a plus.
ABYC certifications are a plus.
Experience with Yamaha or Suzuki outboards is also valuable.
Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs.
Valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair Mercury outboard engines.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
Diagnose electrical, fuel, steering, and other related marine systems.
Complete engine rigging, installations, and repowers when needed.
Perform sea trials and verify repairs are completed correctly.
Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair findings.
Work closely with the service team to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
