Job summary

Torrey Holistics on Cape Cod seeks a hands-on marine technician with strong Mercury outboard engine experience to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain marine systems year-round. You will perform sea trials, complete installs, and keep detailed service records while working with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include 3+ years in marine service, Mercury and ABYC certifications are a plus, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marine technician or outboard service experience preferred.
• Strong Mercury outboard experience highly preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting marine mechanical and electrical systems.
• Mercury certifications are a plus.
• ABYC certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Yamaha or Suzuki outboards is also valuable.
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs.
• Valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair Mercury outboard engines.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose electrical, fuel, steering, and other related marine systems.
• Complete engine rigging, installations, and repowers when needed.
• Perform sea trials and verify repairs are completed correctly.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate repair findings.
• Work closely with the service team to complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
