Doist is seeking a Merchant Solution Consultant & Operations Lead to ensure merchants are onboarded efficiently, realize value quickly, and transition smoothly post go-live. This hybrid role blends merchant consulting, ROI reporting, and operational leadership to streamline onboarding and resolve post-go-live issues.

Responsibilities

• Merchant Consulting & ROI Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of merchant processing statements, identifying cost drivers, fee structures, and savings opportunities; develop ROI reports and provide ongoing consultative support to merchants.
• Merchant Onboarding & Operational Oversight: Manage end-to-end onboarding, complete documentation, underwriting, and compliance checks; serve as primary contact through onboarding and streamline workflows.
• Post-Go-Live Customer Success & Issue Resolution: Work with customers post-go-live to ensure value realization; troubleshoot issues with CS, Support, and Operations to protect retention.
• Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CS, Product, and Finance to maintain health scorecards and improve onboarding efficiency and workflows.
• Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Maintain records in CRM and generate reports on onboarding efficiency, activation rates, and post-go-live resolutions.
