Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Merchant Growth Specialist to drive adoption of autonomous delivery with merchant onboarding and ongoing success. You will partner with account managers, merchants, and product teams to shape the merchant experience and ensure thriving partnerships.

In this hybrid role, you will train merchants, manage onboarding, and conduct regular check-ins to capture insights for product improvements. Travel to merchant sites will be required to deliver on-site support and audits.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in sales, account management, merchant success, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills with experience managing relationships across multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to merchant sites for training and audits.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a bias toward execution.

Responsibilities

• Pitch and onboard new merchants to drive autonomous delivery growth and adoption.
• Own end-to-end merchant onboarding and training for smooth launches.
• Conduct regular success check-ins and follow-ups to collect feedback for product development.
• Maintain merchant enablement in internal databases with accurate data.
• Support pilot launches with enterprise partners, providing onsite assistance and monitoring performance.
