Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of Wholesale Payments experience
• 3–5 years of Financial Services experience
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High adaptability and flexibility
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Balance short-term deliverables with long-term projects
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• Fast-paced, team-oriented environment experience

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Truist values and client-first focus in daily work.
• Partner across Wholesale Payments and Enterprise to support strategy and performance.
• Develop and execute strategic portfolio planning with relationship teams.
• Lead pre-call planning, advisory materials, and post-call debriefs.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and accurate sales pipelines.
• Support pricing, RFP submissions, demos, and product knowledge across offerings.
• Ensure a smooth client onboarding journey.
• Define and pursue personal and career development plans.
• Mentor peers and participate in various workstreams across Wholesale Payments.
