Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Truist values and focus on client-first collaboration.
• Develop and maintain partnerships to support Wholesale Payments strategy.
• Execute on sales strategy for Treasury, Commercial Card, and Merchant.
• Partner with relationship teams to plan and execute portfolio strategy.
• Schedule pre-call plans, prepare materials, and lead planning meetings.
• Be the note-taker, active listener, and support closing during client meetings.
• Prepare advisory materials: discovery, pitches, demos, ROI analyses.
• Schedule post-call debriefs, summarize notes, and follow up on actions.
• Maintain Salesforce data integrity and accurate sales pipeline.
• Support pricing, RFPs, demos, and onboarding to ensure a smooth process.
