Job summary

BBG Ventures, LLC in Dallas, TX is seeking a Launch Specialist on a contract basis to onboard merchant restaurants to our platform and optimize the merchant lifecycle across the US. Responsibilities

• Onboard restaurants to our platform and optimize their lifecycle.
• Travel regularly to merchant sites across the region and country.
• Train merchant staff on new platforms and create training materials.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, account management, operations, product, and analytics.
• Identify opportunities to improve merchant workflows and adoption.
