Job summary

BBG Ventures, LLC is seeking a Field Sales Rep - City Launch & Merchant Success on a contract basis. The role is 4 days in the field and one remote day per week, with a 6-month contract and local travel within roughly 100 miles of your market.

You will drive merchant onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement across Neighborhoods launches. You will gather merchant feedback, partner with Product/Ops/GTM, and develop scalable playbooks for future cities while building a vibrant local merchant

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in merchant success, field ops, community management, or customer-facing roles.
• Able to travel locally within ~100 miles of your market.
• Experience leading trainings or workshops for customers.
• Organized, proactive, and able to scale programs across cities.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Neighborhoods in your city and build relationships with local merchants.
• Lead onboarding, trainings, and host community events for merchant adoption.
• Own the field launch lifecycle from pre-launch to activation and follow-up.
• Gather feedback from merchants and relay insights to Product, Ops, and GTM teams.
• Travel locally to visit merchants, train staff, and support community events.
