Bank of America is hiring a Merchant Portfolio Analyst - Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end onboarding and integration of merchant payment processing solutions. You will partner with Sales, Portfolio Management, Integrations, Contracts, Credit, and Compliance to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The role requires 3+ years in payments processing, strong analytical skills, and a focus on client experience.

• 3+ years Payments and Merchant Payment Processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of merchant processing solutions from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive implementations to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant clients during assigned implementation.
• Work with internal partners to gather required documentation during intake.
• Engage required resources to complete tasks for a successful implementation.
• Facilitate and attend implementation project meetings to ensure success.
• Track and provide updates on assigned implementation status.
• Research, elevate, and resolve issues during implementation to ensure timely delivery.
• Work with client and technical resources to troubleshoot during implementation.
• Perform post-implementation validation (auth/settle/funding/interchange/billing).
