Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Director for Merchant F&S to partner with the Chief Revenue Officer and senior leaders, shaping pricing strategy, merchant economics, and data-driven negotiations across markets. You'll drive forecasting, P&L ownership, and lead the integration of Merchant financials into DoorDash’s metrics and governance, while embedding AI to sharpen insights and efficiency.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
• Experience in high-growth startups or fast-paced environments.
• Strong ability to use big data for commercial decisions.
• Proficient in building robust financial models for forecasting.
• Ability to influence senior leaders, including non-finance partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the Merchant F&S function with high performance.
• Partner with commercial leaders on contract negotiations and P&L impact.
• Design and standardise pricing frameworks across markets.
• Drive integration of Merchant financials into DoorDash metrics and governance.
• Embed AI and automation to enhance analytical depth and efficiency.
• Own planning, forecasting, and reporting for Merchant-driven P&L lines.
• Collaborate across Finance, Product, Operations and regional teams.
