Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial underwriting, financial analysis, risk ratings, and portfolio management.
• Experience preparing and completing a variety of Risk Rating scorecards.
• Strong communication and analytical/technical skills including financial modeling and loan structuring.
• Prior experience in a high-volume commercial credit production environment.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and structure complex credit transactions, ensuring adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Research financials, industry data, and economic trends to assess merchant exposure and approve deals.
• Coach and support Sales partners and Credit Products team to improve credit acumen.
• Negotiate terms with client teams, prepare deal justification, and manage risk across portfolios.
• Collaborate with RM, GMS, TSO, and others to design integrated credit solutions.
