Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader for our Cape Girardeau store. You’ll be the Store Team Leader’s go-to in developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, training your team, and ensuring floorset execution and brand standards daily.

You’ll lead by example in driving sales, replenishment, and guest experience while mentoring associates, maintaining visual standards, and upholding store operations to protect brand integrity.

Qualifications
