Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Overland Park, KS. You will act as the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and executing the merchandising strategy, coaching the team to uphold AEO brand Visual Standards, and ensuring replenishment keeps floors guest-ready.

You’ll lead with a focus on sales, merchandising innovation, and people development, driving KPIs and delivering great customer service every day.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and executing merchandising strategies.
• Ability to train and develop team members to meet brand standards.
• Strong focus on guest experience, floorset execution and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the merchandising team to implement brand standards and floorsets.
• Drive sales by optimizing the Salesfloor, fitting room, and guest experience.
• Coach and develop team through real-time feedback, performance reviews and plans.
• Recruit and training of new hires to meet business needs and shifts.
