Job summary

You will train and coach the team to deliver AEO brand visual standards daily, ensure floorset execution, and maintain a guest-ready store through effective replenishment.

You will lead by example, drive guest loyalty, and develop staff to meet business needs while upholding our values and store safety

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales goals.
• Ability to coach and develop team members for strong customer service.
• Understanding of store operations, replenishment, and floorset execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Leader on Duty to drive sales and guest loyalty.
• Coach team to deliver AEO Brand Standards and outstanding guest experience.
• Develop short and long‑term business plans to hit KPIs.
