Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing floor and fitting room productivity and strengthening guest loyalty.
• Lead merchandising execution and replenishment to reflect brand standards.
• Develop and coach team through real-time feedback, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure adequate staffing for business needs.
• Provide ongoing coaching and set clear expectations to improve KPIs.
• Maintain store operations and visual standards across all zones; keep fitting rooms guest-ready.
