Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader for our Evesham, NJ store. You will partner with the Store Team Leader to develop and implement the merchandising strategy, while coaching your team to deliver AE brand visual standards and exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive sales through floorset execution, replenishment, and data-driven decisions, recruit and train strong talent, and uphold store safety and asset protection standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and driving sales through merchandising strategies.
• Ability to train and coach teams to meet AE brand visual standards.
• Proven track record of floorset execution and replenishment.
• Strong people leadership and performance feedback skills.
• Understanding of asset protection and store safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by optimizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Coach team to deliver AE Brand Standards and guest-centric experiences.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs and KPI targets.
• Provide real-time coaching, conduct development plans and performance reviews.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, visual standards, and inventory replenishment.
• Maintain store safety and adhere to asset protection policies.
