Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in North Charleston, SC, is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to act as the Store Team Leader's go-to person for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy.

You will train and coach your team to deliver AE brand visual standards daily, ensure floorset execution is on point, and drive guest-ready replenishment and best-in-class service. You will lead by example, build a strong team, and align with company values while focusing on sales growth

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop retail teams.
• Strong focus on executing brand visual standards and guest experience.
• Experience coaching and training store associates to perform at high levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach and develop the team to deliver exceptional AE brand standards on the floor and in the fitting room.
• Lead floor merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual presentation to maintain guest-ready shopping.
• Recruit, onboard, and mentor talent to meet business needs and KPIs.
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to sustain high performance.
• Ensure store safety, asset protection, and adherence to company policies.
