American Eagle Outfitters in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to drive merchandising strategy, ensure floorset execution, and keep the store guest-ready through effective replenishment. You will lead by example in delivering AEO brand Visual standards and provide coaching to build strong merchandising talent.

You will recruit, train, and develop your team, uphold customer service standards on the sales floor and fitting rooms, and relentlessly pursue KPI growth

Qualifications

• Lead retail teams to deliver guest-focused service and brand standards.
• Coach and develop associates in merchandising and salesfloor execution.
• Analyze trends and manage replenishment to maximize KPIs.

Responsibilities

• As a Leader on Duty, drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, floorset execution, and replenishment to maintain brand standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide real-time coaching, conduct development plans and performance reviews.
• Ensure store safety and asset protection compliance.
• Foster teamwork and associate engagement with a positive store culture.
