Job summary

American Eagle is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in our Oklahoma City store. You will partner with the Store Team Leader to develop and execute the Merchandising strategy, coach a team of associates, and ensure guest-ready floors with brand standards every day.

You will lead floor execution, replenish stock, train talent, and drive key KPIs through data-informed decisions while upholding AE values and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Merchandising expertise and brand standards execution.
• Ability to train and develop a high-performing store team.
• Business acumen with ability to analyze trends and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest experience.
• Coach the team to uphold AEO Brand Standards and maintain visual merchandising.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent to ensure adequate staffing for business needs.
• Provide real-time coaching, feedback, and performance reviews to improve results.
• Execute daily operations to keep fitting rooms guest-ready and compliant with policies.
