Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Oklahoma City to guide the store’s merchandising strategy and drive sales. You will train and coach a team to deliver AEO visual standards, ensure top-tier floorset execution, and maintain guest-ready replenishment while upholding company values.

You will lead by example, provide ongoing feedback, recruit talent, and champion teamwork to achieve KPIs and excellent customer service, every day.

Qualifications

• Strong sales leadership experience in retail environments.
• Proven ability to coach and develop store teams to meet merchandising standards.
• Experience implementing brand standards and floor-plan execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by optimizing floor and fitting room productivity.
• Coach and develop team to deliver best-in-class guest experience and brand execution.
• Recruit, train and develop talent to ensure staffing supports business needs.
• Provide real-time feedback, conduct development plans and performance reviews.
• Ensure visual standards are maintained across all store zones and replenishment is effective.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection practices in line with policy.
