Job summary

AEO Inc. is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader for our Broadway Plaza store in Walnut Creek, CA. You will be the go-to for developing and implementing the Merchandising strategy, coaching your team to meet Visual standards, and ensuring floorset execution and guest-ready replenishment.

You will lead, train, and develop associates, drive sales as a Leader on Duty, and uphold safety and Asset Protection while delivering exceptional guest experiences and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to train and develop team members to achieve brand standards.
• Strong focus on guest experience, floorset execution, and replenishment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.

• Lead, train and develop associates to meet business needs and performance reviews.
• Provide ongoing feedback and coaching, and run development plans and performance reviews.
