You train and coach your team to deliver AEO brand Visual standards every day and ensure the store is guest-ready through effective replenishment. You will lead floorset execution, drive guest experience, analyze daily trends to influence KPIs, recruit and develop talent, and provide real-time

Qualifications

Hands-on leadership for store teams delivering AEO brand standards.
Experience coaching and developing merchandising talent.
Ability to drive sales through guest experience and floorset execution.

Responsibilities

Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing floorspace productivity and guest loyalty.
Coach the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain brand standards.
Lead merchandising, replenishment, and daily floor plan execution.
Recruit, hire and train strong talent to meet business needs.
Provide real-time feedback, development plans, and performance reviews.
Maintain store safety, asset protection, and policy compliance.
Ensure fitting rooms and salesfloor reflect AEO brand standards.
