You will optimize replenishment, drive sales, mentor associates, and maintain guest-ready presentations while upholding AE values and guest service. This role emphasizes leadership, training, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team to achieve KPIs.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising standards and floor set execution.

Responsibilities
