Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Farmington, UT. You will be the Store Team Leader’s go-to for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, coaching your team to deliver AEO visual standards and a best-in-class guest experience.

You’ll drive floorset execution, replenishment, and sell-through, lead a performance-driven team, recruit and train strong talent, and ensure the store remains guest-ready and aligned with brand standards every day.

Qualifications

• Coaches and develops team to deliver excellent service.
• Drives floorset execution and replenishment planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty (LOD) by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Coach team to deliver an outstanding guest experience and maintain AEO Brand Standards across the store.
• Motivate and develop staff; uphold customer service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit and train strong talent to ensure proper staffing for business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through coaching; conduct touchbases and performance reviews.
• Execute daily ops, maintain visual standards, ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready.
• Uphold store safety and asset protection; follow company policies and procedures.
