Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Jackson, NJ seeks a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to be the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy. You will coach your team to deliver brand standards, ensure guest-ready floors, and drive sales through expert replenishment and visual execution.

You will recruit and train talent, provide ongoing development, and lead performance conversations to maximize KPIs and guest loyalty while upholding AEO values in daily

Qualifications

Experience leading retail teams and driving floor productivity.
Proven ability to train and coach staff to meet visual and service standards.
Strong guest focus with ability to build loyalty and store reputation.

Responsibilities

Lead as an on-floor presence to maximize sales and guest experience.
Drive floorset execution and replenishment to maintain AEO brand standards.
Coach and develop the team through real-time feedback and performance reviews.
Recruit and train associates to ensure staffing aligns with business needs.
Provide leadership in daily operations and maintain store safety and asset protection.
Collaborate with Store Leader to execute strategic business plans and KPIs.
