Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a key Leader on Duty by maximizing floorset and guest experience, using data to guide decisions.
• Coach and develop the team to meet AEO visual and merchandising standards.
• Lead replenishment and maintain store readiness and curb appeal.
• Recruit, hire, and train new associates to ensure staffing meets business needs.
• Provide ongoing feedback, performance reviews, and recognition to maximize engagement.
• Maintain store operations and safety, upholding Asset Protection and company policies.
• Collaborate with store leadership to implement short and long-term plans.
