You ensure the store is guest-ready through replenishment, lead with integrity, train and develop talent, and drive sales by maximizing productivity on the floor and in fitting rooms.

Qualifications

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing productivity on the floor and in fitting rooms.
• Coach the team to deliver AEO Brand Standards and strong guest experiences.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, replenishment and floorset execution.
• Develop short- and long-term business plans to hit KPIs.
• Recruit, train and develop talent to sustain service excellence.

Responsibilities

• As the full-time Merchandising Team Leader, develop and implement the store's merchandising strategy.
• Lead, coach and mentor the team to uphold AEO brand visuals and guest-ready presentation.
• Drive sales by analyzing trends and optimizing floors, fitting rooms and salesfloor productivity.
• Ensure store safety, asset protection and adherence to company policies.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback, development plans and coaching.
